The IHRO Continental Circus started it’s 2011 season at the historic Belgian road race circuit of Mettet on the edge of the Ardennes. Perhaps atypically for the Ardennes region, the weather was excellent all weekend and riders and spectators alike took full advantage of the glorious sunshine.

Access to the paddock will be from 0900 on Friday, with signing on from 0930 and scrutineering from 1300.

Tom Nixon has again generously decided to offer a cash incentive to IHRO riders for 2011.
In a change from previous years, Tom has decided to award 250 Euros, split 125, 75, 50 to the first three riders overall in the 350cc IHRO1 class at the very popular Gedinne meeting.
IHRO would like to thank Tom again for his continuing support.

This is another one of those wonderful Belgian road circuits on the edge of the Ardennes. One of the most famous of the Belgian road race circuits, this beautiful Ardenaise track has been the home to motorcycle racing for over half a century. It hosted the famous GP des Frontieres, so called because of its close proximity to the French border, as well as a number of long distance 200 mile races.
