Machines currently raced in IHRO:500cc BSA Goldstar in Seeley MK3 replica FTR chassis

Racing Experience: Since 1986 Classics in the Dutch championship.
Started with a Honda CB72 (Cees Fick special) and in the third season with a BSA Goldstar 500 (A3R special). Best result in a race and the Championship 3rd place. In 1986 en 1987 also with a Laverda SFC in BOTT and as a backup passenger in a sidecar.

First IHRO race 1995 in Monza. Since then as many as possible eg. Assen, Donington, Snetterton, Lydden Hill, Brands Hatch, Silverstone, Croix, Le Mans, Magny Cours, Chimay, Mettet, Schleiz.

Best IHRO experience: The highlight for me was 1998 when the IHRO races were as support races of the Dutch TT on the same day.

I enjoy the battle in the races. In almost every race I have taken part in I was the only female competitor. Winning a race would be very nice, but is not realistic. My goal is always to finish the race. So we prepare the bike during the winter and it should last the season without major problems.

Together with my husband Rob, who also races classic bikes, we enjoy the IHRO events because of the special friendly atmosphere.
